Our final field trip of 2025 featured a field tour of pre-treatment monitoring work on the Little White Salmon watershed, part of the USFS’ Little White Salmon Forest Resiliency and Fire Risk Mitigation Project and a focus of SGPC discussion between 2022-25. Cascade Forest Conservancy (CFC) and Mt. Adams Resource Stewards (MARS)—longtime SGPC partner organizations—are spearheading this work using WA Dept. Natural Resources’ monitoring protocol.
